ways to end a meal – or start the day – than with a rich, steaming cup
of cappuccino or latte. With Magnifica, all you need are cold skim milk,
a few garnishes if desired, and an appetite for an authentic Italian delight.

Italian Coffee Vocabulary Lesson
Cappuccino is one shot of espresso, 3/4 cup steamed milk
with a dollop of froth. It can be garnished with chocolate, cinnamon or
nutmeg.
Latte is one shot of espresso (or two shots for a double
latte), 1/2 cup steamed milk with about 1/2 to 1/3 froth.
Ristretto
A shorter extraction that creates a thicker, more flavorful coffee with
less volume.
Espresso Lungo
A longer extraction that produces a larger volume. Served with a small
pitcher of hot water on the side.
Caffè Macchiato
A single espresso topped with a dollop of milk foam

Step
1:
Fill the milk container (provided) with cold skim milk.
Step 2:
If you are making a cappuccino (frothed milk), place the appropriately
marked lid on the milk container. If you are making a latte (steamed milk),
place the appropriately marked lid on the milk container.
Step 3:
Once the lid is in place, slide the milk container onto the nozzle located
on the front of the unit. Place a large sized cup on the tray.
Step 4:
Press the Single Touch Cappuccino and Latte button. The machine
will automatically froth or steam the milk, and then it will deliver the
espresso for a perfect cappuccino or latte.
